locked out of my acount

dear paypal community, I have my account froze and it and I try to resolve the issue but it keeps saying that I can "no longer use their services," and I also "can't use paypal anymore". I'm super confused and I can't find a way to contact them and it's not giving me an option to resolve the problem. I also can close the account and I can never use the account information from this account again. what should I do?!

Sadly nothing you can do, paypal has banned you from using their service unfortunately.

They limit it to prevent you trying to use any of that information on another account against their rules.
