hi people I paid for an item 3 days ago and have this received item tab in the transaction I bought an item on gumtree however seller keeps moving the goal post ie every day for last 3 days they said they would post and haven't my question is this item received tab in the transaction window does this mean PayPal still have my funds and will release when I get item??thnks
