this is what I get, the item I paid for never arrived instead i received three garden solar lights that are not worth a toss! tried calling PayPal customer service but due to Covid we cannot help you, so frustrating makes my blood boil! so our Chinese counter parts get away with sending the wrong item and PayPal agrees to this. Well I won't rest till I get my $65.63 refunded, do you hear me PayPal

Did you open a dispute for non receipt of item? Which the seller would win if tracking showed delivery?

Or item received but not as described? Did you escalate to a claim? Did paypal tell you to return for a refund?

Did you send back with tracking?
