hi all

can anyone tell me how to get a seller or PayPal to help me exchange a pair of pants that i entered the wrong size for,

i have e-mailed both many times and neither want to help resolve the issue .

is there a higher authority to contact.

PayPal should be partially responsible for not getting the seller to come up with a solution.

also they should not let companies like this to operate on their site
