I did dispute and they denied. The vendor Zwilling has no record of my order which means I won’t get the product. PayPal will not refund my money. They responded in their online resolution site and there is no one live to discuss the problem with. They are keeping $259.33 of my money without even discussing it with Zwilling who would tell them they have no order for me.
