incorrect charges on ebay

I was charged with seller fee and reimbursement for “selling” an item on ebay. however the item was unpaid until today. i tried opening a claim after i was charged with £27 but they said i can no longer do so. Please help

If you are talking about Ebay fees then contact Ebays customer services, this is Paypals forum.

If you haven't been paid for an item then start the 'unpaid item dispute' on Ebay to get your fees refunded.

as mentioned, after charging me, eBay stated its too late for me to open an 'unpaid item dispute'. i came to PayPal because it "protects" sellers and buyers. When i opened a claimed, they said the same thing. But i was never paid, i did not exactly sold an item yet they charge me with a seller fee. Guess i just have to ask again? 😕 thank you.
