illegal counterfeit products

First time I purchased an item through PayPal. Unless Ipay shipping for an fraud items I will not recieve my refund. I just love how PayPal is okay with this. Has this happened to anyone else. I'm seeking legal action on this. I have saved every email and notice from seller and PayPal. The way the professional PayPal rep explained it to me. If you purchased an item you would have to drive back to the store to return it. Yiu wouldn't be refunded for gas. Last I checked the Mike's I bought at the Nike store were not fakes. The food I bought at the grocery store was real food. If I for some reason bought fake HydroFlask at Tillys Dickies Sporting Goods the police dept would be in that. So why is this okay. So if anyone has has this issue please post your stories and if PayPal ever fixed the issue. Buyers need to let them k ow this is not okay. Policy is one thing till they break our laws! Oh and PayPal I would.love to hear from you. You won't find my transaction on this account. I made the purchase as a guest. I made this account to get help and Paypal did nothing but tell me I was wrong. So please any PayPal rep please tell me how the seller is allowed to do this. Please explain why you dont investigate this. Please explain how you take priority over fraud scamming sellers. Even after I contacted the HydroFlask company and they said PayPal knows about fraud sellers and they will take care if this. Yep they take care of things okay right in the sellers favour. I will never use PayPal for anything other then what I am doing now. Trying to find out what is wrong with this messed up policy you claim is fair.

Well I rather not pay for shipping and handling. To be honest I don't care anymore I told a friend of mine what happen to me. Her sister buys fakes. I told her they were not teal. She didn't care she liked the bottles. So issue solved for me. I guess no one on here gives a **bleep** if they are sold fakes. Paypal is about making money and could careless about the consumer. Well this is my last post. Account is closed. If a company use PayPal the I won't shop. I won't support a company that dose not support the consumer.

Not true. The seller is shipping to the United states and is subject to FTC and banking laws, along with consumer protection. I recently purchased an item for $75 which was a fair price for the product as described the social media advertisement. I received an item that was no where near what I suggested. I am under no obligation to return the product an my expense. The merchant is clearly defrauding consumers and US consumer protections under Visa and MasterCard will support this. PayPal is not a Bank and not subject to banking consumer protection. Though they should be liable to the international fraud that they actively support. I can’t wait until the lawyer line up for this class action lawsuit.
