Hey my name is shadman i live in iraq i made a paypal account here with some old information of one of my friends that used to live in America in Nashville Tennessee,Iam a medical student but i also do online businesses at a side so thats why i made this account i started selling and getting paid online by random buyers ,yesterday i made a mastercard account in order to withdraw my money but the issue was I couldn’t get my money that i made out due to the card confirmation issues until my account got limited now i would rly love you guys to help me out here of how to get my money out and get access to it thanks...

Paypal is not supported or available in Iraq and its against Paypal rules to use another countries Paypal account.

Unfortunately you used another countries paypal account and added fake information to that legal financial account so surely you are not surprised you have been limited?

Sadly you have lost that money as you won't ever be able to verify your account to claim the money OR withdraw it to a U.S bank account or debit card.

Your best bet is to ask the senders of the payments to raise a dispute for non receipt of item to get their money back OR if it is showing as unclaimed on their paypal accounts then it should time out and go back to them 30 days post payment.

Can i give my acc for example to my cousin or someone else that i have contact with in the US and they could change the acc to their real identity?!!!also i cant turn the money back iam selling online stuff and already lost contact with them...
