i bought 7 watches on ebay and seller sent me invoice out of ebay by paypal. i paid 1595 usd when i received watches i brought them to watchmaker and all is fault and not working. i opened a dispute on ebay for long waiting period i sent all evidences and paypal told me that case closed on sellers favor. Case ID: PP-D-81085179 on this case do i have something to disapproval to case or how can i contact paypal via phone.
