osomebody request a refund after he have the items on hands, I send the tracking with proft of received to Paypal, but they said there are nothing to do, so I have this negative balance on my account and this person have the item and the money, what can I do???
You need to contact customer services to resolve any limitation OR account specific issues. Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.
