i can't see my payment

Hi.

I have bought a camera on 5th Dec . since then the seller did not ship my order up to now... The bad thing  is the payment does not appear on my payment history though i  used PayPal to accomplish payment... how can I  ask a refund in this situation?

Did you pay as a guest buyer with a card and did not log into your paypal account??
