I am very frustrated. I purchased an item from a canadian vendor, it was wrong, I returned it. (purchased directly from paypal) they refused to accept the item and i am now without my refund, and without the wrong item. its been months, I cannot leave negative feedback? can contact a human being on paypal. I HATE THIS! need my money
