I have been trying for 3 days to access Resolution Center, I keep getting the same error: 

We're sorry, looks like something went wrong on our end. Please try reporting the transaction again.

 

I have used Google, Safari, and Firefox! Same issue... 

All other roads lead to the same instructions to access Resolution Center.

 

Can anyone assist?

Now my Resolution Center issue is 60 days old, and still in review. I clearly have significant proof of this scam and proof that I purchased similar accommodations in the same resort for the days I am charged by this vendor. What can I do to escalate my claim?
