help i ordered something online and got charged 27.99  more than i was supposed to be sellers wont respond and paypal wont let me open a case please help im so frustrated

If you used a card or bank to pay for it file a chargeback with them and see if you can win the case that way otherwise you are stuck cause paypal will tell you no protection or some other level of bs they come up with as long as the seller gives tracking info.

Hi @isayellin21,

 

I'm sorry to hear about your recent experience. It may be helpful to point out that only completed payments can be disputed. If you're unable to open a case, it's most likely because the transaction is still pending. If the amount isn't adjusted after the transaction completes, you should then be able to open a dispute.
