had fraud attemps but paypal no help

hi all

 

i had 2 fraudulent attempts to buy items today and paypal flagged them and stopped the purchases but at the same time allowed 2 purchases to slip through...

 

now i opened a case for the 2 payments that went through .. even though were done same time they stopped 2 other payments they have deemed there to be no unauthorised use ...

Click on the words "Help / Contact" at the bottom of paypals pages and use the phone option in the blue band at the top OR very bottom of page dependent on what country you are in. Scroll down past the list of help questions and click on 'Call us' bottom of that page. Log in and get the code.
