its a scam i purchase a Car Electric Jack/Multi-Function Hydraulic Jack, they sent to me a very small empty box

I order a 12-foot skeleton they sent me a 13-inch skeleton they would do nothing about it. Paypal stayed on their side they wanted me to return it TO CHINA and pay for the international shipping. Only then would I get a refund I had 3 days to get it there. It was gonna cost me more than I paid for it to send it back. Paypal decided to not help me ..
