how do i let pay pal know that the seller gave them a fake tracking number to make it look like I got packages delivered when I never got my packages. I opened a conflict resolution and I can't respond during the review time. I checked the tracking number and then called the post office to trace the package and they said it was not even addressed to my house. it was for another house in my town. so the decision may be made on fake information.
