Hi , I have sold some headphones on eBay for £200 free shipping. I have got the money sent by Paypal and have shipped the headphones next day with Royal mail with tracking number and signed for to the address provided by Paypal. The buyer received the headphones 2 days later and signed for it , and immediately contacted me saying that he didn't order them and opened unauthorized sale dispute. I have provided PayPal with proof of postage and my funds were released stating that it was covered by Paypal seller protection but the case is still open . Do any of you know why the case is still open and if it might result in me loosing even after PayPal releasing the money? Thanks
