PayPal sent me an email asking if I had received my package from seller. When I pulled up the tracking # it showed that it had been delivered but I didn't receive anything. I called UPS and this package came from Amazon (which mine is not) and was designated for someone else in the same town but different address. I filed a dispute but not sure if I really needed to. Sure would be nice to be able to talk to someone. What should I do?
