I have a charge on my work credit card statement that is from Paypal and it looks like it was for another company that may use Paypal, however I do not recognize the charge or the company. I've tried to contact the company but to no avail, and I am having the same outcome trying to contact Paypal. I can't even file a dispute because the transaction is not listed on my activity. How do I get PayPal to help?
