why is paypal letting con sites operate with paypal payments, these con sites are deliberately sending inferior products knowing the costs of returning them will be in some cases more than the item is worth, paypals own community forum is full of complains for sites that are robbing people, i have changed my mind about paypal been a secure way of guaranteeing not to be ripped off, i am contacting BBC TV SHOW "RIP 0FF BRITAIN" that exposes and informs the public about con sites like them that paypal are supporting. i am a victim of this scam myself and got no real help from your support, i will be paying for goods using other payment methods in future like amazon pay and apple pay.
