charged twice

Hi I have been charged twice by paypal for the same item. The seller has only received one payment. Paypal activities shown only 1 payment but my bank account has been charged twice the same amount. Where do I go from here?

Click on the transaction and report it as a billing error.

If that does not sort it then contact your bank and see if they can recall one of the payments.
