hi I sold a carburettor on ebay and I got paid and shipped the item... after 2 weeks I got a message from ebay that the buyer opened a case....so we wait another week and I offered a refund....a day after the buyer messaged me that the package has arrived. now the refund is pending 5 day.s buyer told me that he refund me after paypal released the money.... howl ong is that pending time ??
When you issue a refund and you don't have funds in your PayPal balance to cover it, the funds come out of your linked bank account, it may take 3-7 days for it to complete generally.
