had some issue with a buyer and he mistakenly put unauthorised transaction, but after talk to him he closed the case, however on my account is still open for some reason and I cant receive my money.. the most annoying part is I've been trying to get in touch with Paypal customer support through message center, FB, twitter and I literally received 0 reply for days, what is actually going on? shocking service
