I was expecting a payment from someone and received a screenshot (im unsure if its real) saying “payment status:pending please release bitcoin to the address below to complete your payment” im new to paypal and they said because its from a business account i need to pay bitcoin to get the money sent to my paypal… this feels like a scam so i wanted to ask what to do! does this mean they haven’t payed it? or do i need to pay a charge to send money from a different currency business account to my personal account

100% SCAM.
Sellers never have to pay upfront payments to receive paypal payments, any payment fee is auto deducted by paypal before the rest is credited to your paypal account. Paypal would also not expect you to use a rival payment processor or method to do anything paypal related.
You are getting fake paypal emails, ignore the scammer.
