I have 4 funds that were put on hold. I have submitted all the necessary documents to resolve this matter but still not receiving any email.

 From Paypal regarding tje status of my submitted requirements to remove the restrictions. 

 

All i get is canned responses each time I send email or send a message via paypal facebook page. No live agents can answer me and it is re-routing me to the same self help options.

 

Please don't hold my funds for a long time.  That's my money. A work I have been completing for a year and I thought paypal is the easiest and most convenient way to receive money internationally. Because of this experience, i am very frustrated! 

 

You have put limitations on my account for over a week now  and I cant even withdraw my own money i need this pandemic situation.

 

Stop sending me canned messages Paypal.

Connect me to a real agent that can escalate this matter.
