My account has been held for limitation and for review.
I did what they asked of me and waiting for review can someone please help it's been more than 2 weeks and they still didn't respond to me or reviewed my cases.
Keep writing to them via all possible means (message, twitter, e-mail - if you have one, telephone etc). You may eventually be reviewed but be prepared the limitation will stay permanently for whatever made up reason Paypal makes.
P.S. Start looking for alternative financial services supplier.
