You can't use PayPal anymore

I am so so regret to use PayPal.

I am a new Ebay seller, I just used PayPal to receive money and refund some, nothing else I did.

But PayPal told me You can't use PayPal anymore after provide every details and documents they required, no any specific explaination.

Now, I have to wait 180days to get my £9000.

Anyway, please far away from PayPal, this is my lesson.
