At PayPal, we value a safe community for our customers to do business. We noticed activity in your account that’s inconsistent with our User Agreement and we no longer offer you PayPal services.
Any bank or credit card information linked to your PayPal account cannot be removed nor can it be used to create a new account. You can still log in and see your account information but you can’t send or receive money. Any money in your balance will be held for 180 days, after which we’ll send you an email with instructions about transferring your money.
Due to paypal policies and so on i can not obtain much of information from them and i fully understand that and do not blame anyone.
So, i suspect the cause is most likely money i received from selling gold in an online MMO game. I sold the gold to a guy with who i agreed on a specific sum,everything went flawless (transactions etc.). However later on,after 2-3 days or maybe a week the guy made an inquire to get his money refunded. Paypal asked me about some information and i did send them the desired information plus screenshots as a matter of proof though in the end they they refund him the money, i do not blame anyone but myself since it was an online game and so on,so i could not really prove much with screenshots which the buyer sent me back then (that he succesfully sent me the money we agreed on). My suspicions are that the guy was a fraud which led to my account being as fraudulent.
This happened roughly 3 months ago, so I already read all avaible information regarding the cases that were exactly like mine. However, what is unclear to me is if after the 180 days period (after which i hope to be able to withdraw the currently frozen money on my account):
1. Will my accoutn still be unavaible for me to use ?
2.If so,will i be able to regain access to paypal ? I have heard that once they mark you, any new account you make will be marked as well.
3. Is there any way to get back on paypal after such problems ?
