so I recently started reselling some digital games that I purchased from eBay and sales was increasing so rapidly like about usd$180 a day. then suddenly eBay send me a message that my eBay account might have been compromised and my account was restricted, then a few days after eBay started to refunding all of my buyers that I already send the item to via (ebay messaging) so there wasn't any tracking number involved with this transaction each of these transaction was mostly between 30 US dollars to about 40 usd. once I receive the message that my account was compromised I also believe that all of those buyers who have purchased from me before, eBay sent them a message that their have purchase from an compromised account. so it seems because eBay out sending that message to my buyers, I have been getting a lot of returns and cancel order and refund request. so I call ebay to inquire about this unauthorized access to my eBay account and they tell me that I should not worry I should just change my password and I also mentioned that all of the transaction that was made legitimately has been refunded and the buyer already received information that I have send to them through eBay messaging platform so why put me on hold to review the case and they did in fact find that I did send the buyers the information. so they refunded me the money that they did withdraw from my PayPal account then a few days after my eBay account restriction was removed and everything was back to normal until I have received the refund from eBay and a message from PayPal saying that my account was limited, the paypal instructions said that I should submit the identification I did submit my passport and it asked me to submit tracking number of the last two transaction which there is no tracking number associated with those transaction because eBay refunded me and I also submitted my business information and the receipt for the games that i have been reselling.
