You can't use PayPal anymore - New PP user

Dear Colleagues,

Can anybody help me understand why I got banned from using Paypal? I finally got my VISA card from my bank in order to link it with my PayPal account, but before doing that, when I logged in, I noticed a notification "There’s a problem with your account" "Make sure to resolve it so you have full access to your account again.". When I clicked on that notification, it shows a message saying that I cannot use PayPal anymore, while I haven't yet started using PayPal services. 

Have you faced the same problem? I sent a query to PayPal team one week ago but no response yet. Reference ID is: PP-007-837-162-321

Sadly they never give reasons, they just no longer want your business.   😢

The same thing happened to me I don't understand I've only login to my account twice and done nothing on it and this is the reference number they gave me PP-008-404-037-211
