Yi Ting technology: Item I cancelled as I got to know they are fake

Hi,

I raise a dispute on the same day i order for the product and mailed Yi Ting technology and they said they will contact me I clearly mentioned cancel my product and give my refund. After 2 days I got tracking no.

Can the dispute goes in my favour as all our on the mail.

Then you may lose the dispute if tracking shows delivery of the item to you.

If that happens and the item does not appear at your address OR is not as described then post back for more advice.

Dispute closed in my favor I am the buyer because I did not recieved the goods but after successfull closure (I got the refund), good has been reached and reviced by me but again that is not matching what I ordered.

Can seller reopen the case and claim for refund if yes can i say the order is not the same what i order it's about $113 and he sent order worth of $15 only which seems to be scam ?

Yi Ting Technology is yet another Chinese scammer that PayPal continues to do business with. You would think after this many complaints they would cancel that company from being allowed to use PayPal.
