My dispute was for a Star Trek musical tree topper that i never received. The dispute was denied because the seller provided a tracking number. This is the first dispute and only problem I've ever had on here. Is there anything else i can do?

I ordered an among us hoody. It was to be part of a Christmas present.. i ordered this begining of November. Still no sign. Tracking sent yet it does not state where it is and hasn't been updated since December 12th. I have asked for a refund and was told I could have 6% refunded then it was 20% now its nothing just wait. So I disputed it with PayPal. Waiting on decision but I guess il get nowhere now. Frustrating.

PAYPAL did not take care of this problem. I ordered from this company and they sent items that can not be worn at all. It was absolutely not what I ordered. I contacted my bank (Navy Federal Credit Union) they said that this company is using Paypal to funnel cash on fraudulent items. Going through paypal and other such services they are able to treat the transaction as cash and the money can't be reversed. Paypal allows this to happen. The directed me to gather all my information, including my dispute though Paypal, and direct the dispute to my state's Attorney General office. This is the best way to stop them from stealing from people. I no longer trust Paypal with any transactions through other companies. Good luck and please put in a dispute with your local Attorney General online.

I ordered a tool I really needed I paid $28.55 cents but only received a bag of rivets worth about $1.00  WHAT A SCAM !

I ordered the same item and also received just a pack of rivets. They waited for almost a month to ship the item, that way I can't see my Apple browsing history to show their advertising.  I still has the order receipt, so hopefully Paypal will back me up, if not goodby Paypal.

Paypal closed my dispute without resolving the issue. This company sent items that have holes can't be worn and is nothing like advertised. PayPal did NOT help resolve the issue. This company is making a fortune off of people and PayPal is letting them. I talk to my bank and they said unfortunately PayPal and the seller have it set up as a CASH withdrawal so they can't reverse the charges. I have started a case with my states Attorney General.

Good luck! PayPal didn't back me up even after sending proof of emails and photos. They closed the case even though I disputed the company solution of 6 percent money back and I beat the cost of sending items I didn't order back to the company.

My receipt showed what I ordered and I keep a copy. I had the proof and PayPal agreed with me and refunded my money. Make sure that your receipt shows exactly what your or ordering, if not immediately cancel your order. I received a full refund.

I sent proof to PayPal and the company and no refund at all. Horrible customer service from both the scam company and PayPal who is supporting their scam and not backing their customers.
