I'm asking on behalf of my wife as she got a flurry of emails that ranged from money being taken out, then refunded, to being taken out again and then an email was added. She tried to log in as soon as she saw the activity but the password no longer works and when we try to reset the password, the email no longer works either. I thought they couldn't remove an email but that seems to be the case. Any path we are presented with that offers a resolution requires a login which we cannot do. Any ideas as we need to get this straightened out fast.
Paypal phones are mostly non operational since covid but sometimes you get lucky. (use the guest option if you can't log in). If there is one available it will show when you click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available in your country. Or have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter? You can send them a personal message from their facebook or twitter pages.
