I would like to close and delete my account, and remove any other of my details that Paypal may have. There are no disputes attached to my account and there was only ever one unnecessary complaint, which I dealt with to the satisfaction of the complainer, but Paypal chose to limit my account permanently. I assure you, I have no intention of using Paypal ever again as I am unhappy with Paypal's treatment of my case. The only way I will use Paypal again is if there is absolutely no way of paying for goods that I may want to buy online. In that situation, I believe I can pay through them without having an account. However, I will do my best to avoid that scenario as much as humanly possible! So, my question is... How do I permanently close and delete my account? Paypal's bots are being extremely unhelpful and it is a frustration that I cannot get to talk to anybody in their organisation.
