I recommend clearing cache an cookies on your internet browser and trying again 🙂 If you are still unable to make a withdrawal, please access your account on your home PC or laptop and visit the Resolution Centre. If there are pending tasks to be completed in the Resolution Centre this could be the reason for the current issue on your account. Hope this helps. - Carlos
