What is a "CC statement?"

What is a "CC statement," what information do you expect to find in it? Provided several options, none accepted.

That is what I uploaded several times in different forms, all rejected, with no explanation. Maybe it has special meaning here. Account is still "limited".

Does the name on that statement exactly match the name on your paypal account?

Is the biling address the same as the address on your paypal account?

There is no address and I doubt my bank produces such documents with an address. It is a list of transactions with dates, to/from, details, amount, all IBANs, header says "Account statement", etc. just no address.
