Hi, Have a big problem in my paypal account. My account got limited for 180 days ( already more 2 week past and no resolution yet!) I can log into my account just looking my money from far away... Today i have got e-mail from paypal; “We’re writing to let you know that we have debited the following amount from your PayPal account: Date: 28 November 2020 Amount: -46,39 USD WHY, FOR WHAT? Go to the Resolution Center to resolve this issue. I did but I cannot create an appeal case regarding this transfer?! -MY QUESTION 1.What's the **bleep** is going on here? 2.Is this a joke? 3.What's Paypal Balance Adjustment 4.Notification? -MY SITUATION My money was confiscated for 180 days. This period has expired and another 2 weeks have passed. And I could not get my money. My money is being reduced day by day for reasons I don't know what it is like "Paypal Adjustment". -FINAL QUESTION Is this your new way of not releasing my money? Consuming bit by bit with cuts that I don't know what it is?

If you have been told your Paypal account has been permanently limited then Paypal holds any funds for 180 days as that is the same time frame that buyers have to open paypal disputes.

If no disputes are opened against you in 180 days then 'normally' you are allowed to withdraw the funds as long as you are over 18, the account is in your legal name and registered in the country where you reside.

Sometimes they confiscate funds under this policy.

Paypal also may request further documentation from you before you can withdraw those funds.

Your best bet is to wait until the phones are back up and running and then phone customer services so that you can speak to an agent.
Then they can help advise on how you can withdraw the funds if and when you are allowed to do so. OR ........

Live chat is randomly available.
You can send them a message.
Or have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a personal message from their facebook or twitter pages.
It's: https://www.facebook.com/PayPal and @AskPayPal for Twitter.

Kudos / Solution appreciated.
