This is the reply I received to a question asked about not requiring a full refund just wanting a partial refund or replacement of damaged items.
I now have no way of further follow up and remain out of pocket and without usable items.
Any advice appreciated.

The dispute phase is for negotiations with the seller and part refunds etc to be sorted.
Once escalated to a claim the only think paypal offer is the return of everything you received back to the seller and supply a tracking number for a full refund.
Advice is voluntary.
