Hello, I hope you all doing well!

 

Well, I am getting an error when I try to link my I-CARD, they just asked me to upload my National identity and my bank statement which I did. the problem is whenever I try to enter my i-card's information a message pops up:
''Your card was declined by the issuing bank. Please try a different card or contact your card issuer with questions PayPal''

 

Been calling this number '[Removed. Phone #s not permitted]', but it seems that they are experiencing high call volume, but I REALLY NEED to link my I-CARD ASAP, please!
