I recently had a with draw of all of my funds from my pay pal that came out at a Walmart I've never done that before . I received a notification that someone change my password from a state that I'm not even in and then withdraw the funds from my account. And made a dispute with pay pal thinking that it was a easy resolution. They came back to me in 24 hours and said that there was no fraud. How in the hell Do you not see fraud in that then when I logged into my pay pal before finding out it told me to change my password because there was fraudulent activity what the Hell do i do now.
