Unresolved dispute claim closed - Will be deleting paypal after my last billing is done

The customer service paypal offered is dismal - there is no way to speak to anyone from PayPal

I am now out US$85.60 because paypal closed a claim even before the order arrived.  Tracking show the order was returned to vendor midway and now I do not have my order and paid for something I will probably never get.

This is absolutely aggravating.

They did the same to me and I did everything they asked me to do...and took forever to respond and when they did said I was denied ....$150 I lost...its BS, what happened to secure payments..and how in the world do you get in touch with an actual human on this site?

People should stop using PayPal.  

Dismal dismal service. Go back to using my credit card.

PayPal customer service has given me a full refund.  Managed to get a customer service rep via the message centre to address my issue.
