I just had a PayPal card transaction refunded.
To be safe, I went into PayPal to delete an old billing address that's still in my account (not primary though).
When I try to press "Remove" on that address, I'm prompted to go to "My Money" settings tab and remove from my card.
I navigate to my card and go to update address I'm not giving any option to remove the address from my card:
