Hello. I have a problem with unlimited access with my bank account. Specifically I want to pay someone a larger amount of money, but i can't. There is a "add info" button under financial verification but when I click on it it just opens the list of my linked bank account and cards. I already sent the I.D. verification and filled out everything, so i dont think that is the problem (maybe I am wrong). Does this unlimited access take longer to verify or am I missing something. I am completely new to PayPal, so I would love sem help. Thank you
