Unknown payments?

Hi

I recently bought a antivirus online, now I'm looking for confirmation of payment through PayPal account but have found two payments I do not recognise on the same date? It might be them it might not, tried calling UK helpline that was a joke on hold 25mins?!?

Thought I would try here?
