Unknown charge to bank account

I am looking at my bank statement and see a Paypal charge that I don't recall making. I cannot find this transaction in my account summary. Looking for advice on what to do.

The transaction has a description "Direct Debit PAYPAL AUSTRALIA - <number>". I assume that number is a receipt or something, is there a way to search for that?

Tried using the live help chat but have gotten nowhere. Sent an email to Paypal.

Traced the transaction back to something equally confusing but clearly not fraud related. Closing topic.

Did you ever get an answer? I opened my credit card statement today and I have a PayPal charge of $24.94. I haven't used PayPal in probably 6 years.
