I purchased 2 in 1 tablet/laptop few days ago. Keyboard didn't work. I sent it back to seller on ebay. I phoned PayPal with tracking. Its since been delivered tlback to seller. The seller still refusing to give refund even although he has item back. I opened dispute now I need to wait to find out if I'm being refunded for something I sent back simply because it was broken. I find it unfair to buyers having it to wait. Seller told me via email messages he's not refunding to take it up with PayPal which I have opened a case. So frustrating waiting to be refunded

Why didn't you open an ebay dispute for item received but not as described?

Ebay would then have told the seller to issue a return label for a return and once returned you would have had a refund???

I was told because I paid through paypal I had to take it up with PayPal which I did after waiting 6 days and many phone calls the money is now on way to bank. So frustrating the waiting game
