(Under 18 Limitation) Stuck in Call Center Loop

Hi,

Back when I made my account in 2016, I was under the age of 18. As of this post, I am now 21. I understand that PayPal has bricked my account and that I need to get in direct contact with a representative to create a new account, but I've been shut down repeatedly. The Resolution Center only says "You can't use Paypal anymore." The Customer Service messages simply say "We cannot remove your limitation at this time." When I call PayPal directly through the 1161 number, the automated service service asks for verification, then replies "We cannot remove your limitation over the phone, please contact us through our Resolution Center." @AskUsPaypal on Twitter also replies with automated messages that say to go to Resolution Center.

I feel like I've exhausted every option here. Is there no way for me to use PayPal at this point?

They don't always allow you to open another account if you have broken their rules already by opening an underage account.

If you try to open one without their permission it would be limited as well so best wait till you can contact and ask.

Contact options for Paypal are accessed by clicking help/contact bottom left of Paypal pages...

1. Paypal phones are slowly re-opening and increasing in numbers (you can use the guest option if you can't log in).
2. Live chat is also randomly available.
3. You can send them a message, during business hours you may also be able to message whilst logged out.
Or
4. Have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a personal message from their Facebook or Twitter pages.
It's: https://www.facebook.com/PayPal and @AskPayPal for Twitter.
