Unclaimed Balances

Last september 2020 they informed me that i can no longer use paypal and telling me that may balance was on onhold for 180 days which is basically 6 months and today was the 9th month of my unclaimed balance and still they dont have any instruction on how to withdraw my balance is there anyone who experience the same case?

I am currently facing the same dilemma. From Oct last year my account has been permanently limited; yet I haven't received an email allowing me to withdraw my funds as they had promised.

Contact options for Paypal are accessed by clicking help/contact bottom left of Paypal pages...

1. Paypal phones are slowly re-opening and increasing in numbers (you can use the guest option if you can't log in).
2. Live chat is also randomly available.
3. You can send them a message, during business hours you may also be able to message whilst logged out.

4. Have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?

@kernowlass I have tried contacting them using all those means; but the only response I get is that they cant do anything about it; I will receive an email. I really need to contact someone who will be more helpful than just basic support.
