So someone has managed to get through my 2 step and spent my funds I had. Iv open a dispute about it but PayPal seem to think that nothing was dodgy. But iv not used PayPal in a while and I always do chip and PIN. Now PayPal are saying the dispute iv opened is now closed and I'm unable to get my money back. I'm disabled and I need the money to pay for my care.
